Can I wear the posture genie® while exercising and stretching?

You can wear the posture genie® all day long! Wearing it during exercising and stretching is encouraged. In some movements, you may want to remove the straps and just wear it as a belt.

Is it best to wear the posture genie® under or over my clothes? 

the posture genie® can be worn both over and under your clothing. It is comfortable enough to be worn right next to your skin and fashionable enough to be worn over your clothing as an accessory.

How long should I keep the posture genie® on each day?

We recommend starting with 30 minutes and adding 30 minutes each day. Please contact us for more specific, individualized instructions.

Yes. Wear the belt under your belly. Please check with your doctor first.

Yes, it is a very thoughtful gift. Please make sure that you have the correct measurements of the gift recipient to guide your size selection.

How do I wash the posture genie®?

Close the velcro belt and place it in a mesh laundry bag. Wash on cold and hang dry. Do not wash the Push Cush®.

What is the return policy?

Each posture genie is hand-sewn and custom made with care and accuracy to ensure you receive the most benefits. Due to the high cost of production and current COVID-19 concerns, we are unable to accept returns.
